Where are you based? 

I am based in Frome, Somerset, UK. I work from Room 6, 6 King St, Frome, BA11 1BH. This room is on the first floor, so is not accessible for everyone, but I may be able to offer a home visit - so please ask if you are interested.

How much are your sessions? 

I charge £50 per 1 hour session. However, I am currently offering £20 off first sessions to new customers. You can use the promo code INTRO20 at the check out page when paying online, or mention when booking another way (by text, call or email). Offer is available until January 31st 2025 - as long as the booking is made by this date (regardless of the date of the appointment i.e. which might be in February or later)

How can I pay?

If you'd like to book online you have the option of paying by card when you book, or at a later date by selecting 'pay in person'. I also accept bank transfer and cash.

Do you offer discounts for those on a lower income?

Yes! I really want to be as inclusive as possible... I would love everyone to be able to benefit from reflexology. To make this more affordable I have discount codes for people over the age of 66 years old and drawing their pensions (with no additional income) and those either being paid national minimum wage or struggling on benefits. This is a trust based offer, so please be honest so that someone less well off than yourself can make use of this offer.

20PENSION -  this gives you 20% off the regular price (so, £40 a session). This must be bought and used by an individual over the age of 66 years old and drawing their pension (i.e. it cannot be gifted to someone that does not meet the criteria).

INCLUSIVE12 - this gives you £12 off the regular price (so, £38 a session). This must be bought and used by an individual paid the national minimum wage or struggling on benefits (i.e. it cannot be gifted to someone that does not meet the criteria).

​Is the therapy room accessible?

It is situated on the first floor, without a lift, so no. However, if you have reduced mobility, please contact me as I may be able to offer you a home visit.

I have a verruca, can I still receive reflexology? 

Yes! I wash my hands thoroughly before and after every session. My belief - as I read what is happening on the feet - is that verruca's represent what is going on for the individual mentally, physically or emotionally and so it is not mine to receive or be spread elsewhere. If an individual with a verruca would feel more comfortable if I wore gloves when touching their feet, then I am very happy to accommodate that.

How long before a session starts can I book? 

You can book a session up to 12 hours before it starts. If would like a last minute appointment and you don't see the time you would like on my website please contact me my email, text or phonecall to see if this is available.
