Please feel free to make contact at any time. If I am unable to respond to you immediately, I will aim to get back to you within 24 hours.
Policies
Please arrive on time, as late arrivals will not receive the full hour session. Appointments will need to end at the same time as originally planned due to subsequent client bookings.

If you are unable to make your appointment, please cancel your appointment (by calling, or emailing me) and give as much notice as possible (at least 24 hours prior). If you are unable to do this I reserve the right to charge the full fee to prevent loss of income.
If cancellation is due to an emergency or it is COVID-19 related this may be waivered. Pre-paid appointments can not be refunded, you will however be able to use the credit for an appointment at a later date.
