From November 2024 I will be working from a new premises on King St in Frome
Your session can be your haven away from the world during your appointment.
I hope to create a safe space for you. This is your time to focus on yourself, to relax and make the most of your experience.
Each session will be tailored and adapted intuitively to your needs.

With reflexology, as the feet and the lower part of your legs will be touched, you will need to remove shoes and socks or tights. Trousers can simply be rolled up.
You will be reclined in a chair there will be ambient music playing in the background during the session. I use scented waxes on your feet to help with the flow of my hand movements.
